Everything you want is on the other side of…
You want things, I want things. I know this because we’re human and we relate to existence in a certain way. We either get what we want or don’t, and there is one central factor that means the difference between a future in which you don’t have what you want and one in which you do. What is that factor? Let me tell you…

If there’s one thing I know about you I’m pretty sure it’s this: you want things.
And I know that you want things because it’s part of the human condition to want things. And it’s because of the shape of the human condition that we want things.
We’ll get back to the philosophical stuff in a bit. But let’s keep it practical for a moment.
I want things, you want things. And, as the saying goes, “to get what you want, help other people get what they want.” True for you and true for me.
So, how do we get what we want?
Simple. Everything that you want is on the other side of…

👉👉👉 ORGANIZATION 👈👈👈
Yes, that’s the secret. Everything that you want manifests because other people come together in some way to help make it happen. Doesn’t happen without others. Never. Not gonna happen.
Therefore, any time you get what you want it involves the effort of other people, and their efforts must point in the same direction, which involves some kind of organization.
Look around you. Your life, and society (which includes the economy) is full of the endless evidence of organizations. Every company that you trust, every product that you use, all the work that you have to do, all the experiences that you enjoy, all the people that you love to spend time with. All of that happened because of, and only because of, people coming together to make them happen. None of it happened by itself. It was all organized by someone at some point, and this organizational effort, which is always communicative, attracted others to the cause and motivated them to help move it along and bring it to fruition.
See? I told you we would be back to the philosophy. It really boils down to 2 central concepts…
Time and Relation
First, time. Time doesn’t stop. We experience its constant flow and friction. Soon enough the future will be here and we will have new choices to make. Things that were once together break down, and things that were once visions of the future arrive in the present. We need to honor both - maintain the things that threaten to break down AND build the things we promise in the future. That, and only that, is how our lives improve, individually and collectively.
The only thing we know is that time will keep coming. So, take that as a starting point and ask “what do I want out of this life?”, because it’s going to keep coming whether you want it to or not. And everyone else is in it too.
So, what do you want in the future? And, more importantly, WHO DO YOU NEED TO BECOME, AND WHO DO YOU NEED TO ORGANIZE TO MANIFEST IT IN REALITY?
Those are the two central questions we all must answer, and the only ones.
Because, as we established, we all want something. Could be more time. Could be more money. Could be more customers. Could be more team members. Could be more of the people you love. Could be better health. Doesn’t matter. It’s all on the other side of organization.
Which people do you need to organize next to move closer to what you want? Also, do you know what you want?
If you’re unclear on the answers to either of those questions, let’s talk.
