100% of SUCCESS comes down to THIS

Success really comes down to one thing, and one thing only.


Every successful organization you will ever encounter has mastered this one thing in its own way.

I’m always suspicious when people say things like that.  But I really do mean this.

The one thing is this: persuading the RIGHT PEOPLE to take the RIGHT ACTIONS.


That’s it.  If you feel unsuccessful in any way I guarantee it’s related to that.  Here are some of the places you might look:

  1. You don’t know who the right people are.

  2. You don’t know what those people want.

  3. You aren’t communicating clearly to those people about what they want.

  4. They’re not convinced you are able to give them what they want.

  5. You don’t know where they are looking.

It typically comes down to one of those.

Think about it.  Every time you have experienced some kind of success in your life it’s always because you persuaded someone else that you have something worthwhile to offer, and so they took an action of some kind to support you.

This could be…

  1. Purchasing from you

  2. Joining your team

  3. Attending your talk

  4. Signing off on that loan

  5. Following you on social media or joining your email list

  6. Granting you that degree

  7. Offering you that job

  8. Attending your party or social event

Pretty clear now, right?

If you feel unsuccessful, it’s because you are not persuading enough of the right people to take the right actions at the right time.

To remedy that, grow yourself.  In the words of Albert Einstein, “Try not to become a person of success, but rather a person of value.”

And value, in my opinion, comes from vision.  A vision shows what you think is possible, and what you are willing to create.  This takes sacrifice on your part.  If enough people are convinced you are sacrificing the right things in the right way for the right thing, they will support and follow you by taking the actions you ask them to.  All success is built that way.  100% of the time.
